The Plan

Start

Research a moderate hiking trail that leads to a waterfall, packing water, snacks, and a small speaker for later. Start your hike in the morning to beat crowds and heat, walking at a leisurely pace.

Then

When you reach the waterfall, find a spot to sit and simply listen to the water for 10 minutes without talking. Play a guided meditation or calming music through your speaker and breathe together.

End

Share one thing you're each grateful for and one thing you're ready to let go of, symbolically leaving it at the waterfall. Take photos but try to be present more than you document.
